Custom Designed Office Solutions
DESIGNING THE RIGHT SOLUTION FOR YOUR DENTAL OFFICE.
When it comes to building a new office having the right plan is key to a successful project. Getting to the right plan takes a substantial amount of time and effort. Our approach is simple; Communicate, examine, research, contemplate, discuss, record, edit and compile.
Our Design Process
Our process can begin with a phone call or a face to face meeting. This is where we will get the basic idea of what you are trying to accomplish and your complete wish list. If we don’t already know your practice, things like practice type and size, discipline, specialty, physical location, key persons, etc. is established.
Either you or we will have identified one or several site locations that on the surface appear to meet your basic requirements. Taking into consideration things like size, location and zoning.
Validation & Verification
Once a site is preferred, this site must be confirmed that you will be allowed to build what you want to build. Zoning is the key item here, but things like parking, access and logistics are all to be considered.
Record & Measure
Once a site is preferred, this site must be confirmed that you will be allowed to build what you want to build. Zoning is the key item here, but things like parking, access and logistics are all to Measure & Record:
Even if there is a plan available, we will remeasure and verify the measurements.
Produce one to several basic floorplan concepts. Confirming that most, if not all, of your wish list can be included in the plan.
Interview & Discuss
Even though we have already established many of the details in step one, now we must really drill down into the office of your vision.
- How big do you want your treatment rooms to be?
- How do you like the entry to these rooms?
- What kind or sterilization are do you prefer?
- What auxiliary rooms do you want?
- Where will your utilities go?
- Patient flow.
We take this opportunity to revise any part of the design that will be a better solution for your office.
